Brief Description of Project:
This project aims to combat discrimination against individuals and groups with mental health problems, promote their social inclusion, and to identify the training needs of our communities, and provide specialist training programmes to meet those needs.

Support for mental health services.
Promotion of mental health groups.
Networking.
Providing training.
Signposting to mental health groups/services.
