CHLC endeavours to ensure that all the information on this website is accurate and from genuine organisations. We have accepted the information given in good faith and ask that organisations complete a Quality Check List for review. This review enables us to satisfy 'ourselves' that projects are properly constituted and that procedures are in place to vet project staff (in accordance with 'our' understanding of the nature of the project). Where we are unsure, where systems are complex, or where documentation, procedures or systems are still being established, we advise individuals to contact the project manager concerned. Where reviewing has not been completed we advise with the following statement "Reviewing currently in progress".
It is, however, the responsibility of individuals to ensure that they are satisfied that any contacts made via this website and its database are suitable for their needs. The review is only 'our opinion' and we do not check the project documentation or procedures. CHLC (PCDT and its partners Cornwall Council, Penwith Volunteer Bureau and Volunteer Cornwall) take no responsibility for the use of this information.
