Brief Description of Project:

Working in partnership to help quiet, under confident children and young people build self-confidence and other skills needed to overcome difficulties and begin to fulfil their potential, through specially designed therpeutic after-school clubs.


Services Offered:

Therapeutic after school clubs (Pyramid clubs) for those aged 5-12yrs.

6-10 week Pyramid to Parents Programmes.

R-time Programmes (Relationships to improve education).

Emotional well-being and self-esteem training and advice.


Further Comments:

The Pyramid for Parents Programme is for parents to encourage their understanding of how to emotionally support their children. The R-time Programme offers training and advice for schools and groups.

The emotional well-being and self-esteem training and advice is for schools and groups (adult, young people or children).

Pyramid Kernow is going into its 10th year supporting primary schools and families across Cornwall. The scheme is managed by a paid scheme co-ordinator and supported by a team of highly trained and motivated volunteers who take on a variety of roles to ensure its success.
