Brief Description of Project:
Workshops on healthy eating, aromatherapy, massage, stress managment, special needs childern and babies. The workshops are suited for any client who wants to improve their health through natural means.

Workshops on healthy eating, aromatherapy and massage.
Children and baby massage workshops, or in Schools
Stress management.
Young moms and aromatherapy.
Making your own face creams, plus there are facial workshops.

All Workshops are tailored to suit cilents of any age group.
We aim to provide our own clients with Practical knowledge and skills to improve their health through healthy lifestyle choices.
We use 100% natural products and have the least impact on the enviroment.
